The Process
1. We Meet
We explore what your goals and vision are. What makes you excited about the luxury real estate profession. We will talk about what has been done in the past and how we can help you accomplish your goals of selling more homes at higher listing prices and have your brand stand out even more.
2. Research the Market and Branding efforts
I will elevate your brand both online and printed marketing materials. I will make sure your presence positions you to sell the listings you currently have and acquire new listings easily. Your brand will stand out and be differentiated from other agents in the area competing for the same or similar properties.
3. Photography
I will come onsite to properties and take photos, so that your home is best presented visually and make the needed edits. We will then use these images in your online presence and printed marketing materials, so you can attract more buyers.
4. Bring it to Life
At this point, I will print the materials like property leave behinds, mailers, property signage, etc and create social media content so that your online presence will do the heavy lifting for you!
5. Tracking
We want to know which advertising methods are most productive and attracting the most attention. We will track which method gets the most views, likes, the most calls, and ultimately which one enables you to meet with more potential clients.
